categories; jazz, R&B, and pop.
He started off as psychologist and then a social worker and then
realized that he wanted to try show business.
He up and moved to Los Angeles and began performing in small clubs.
He continued to make music throughout most of the 90’s stayed
on the adult contemporary charts.

His goal is to encourage more people to read, fostering respect and
growth for education in America.
Having a Master’s Degree, Jarreau believes in the value of education.
