Pause apéro...

Houmous...
Ingredients
1 Can (15oz) chick peas
3 cup tahini
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/3 Tbsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic
3 sprigs parsley
Drain peas reserving 3 Tbsp of the liquid
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
For best results refrigerate overnight
Serve sprinkled with olive oil and paprika
